Are your products really made in the USA?
Yes! We're proud to partner with Village Wrought Iron in Central New York. Our powder-coated steel items are crafted right here in America with exceptional attention to quality and detail.

What materials are used in your products?
Our welcome signs and decor pieces are made from durable powder-coated steel, built to last both indoors and outdoors. Our suncatchers are crafted with stained glass-style materials that beautifully catch the light.

Are your suncatchers suitable for outdoor use?
Our suncatchers are designed primarily for indoor window display, where they'll catch the light and create beautiful color patterns. For outdoor use, we recommend a sheltered location.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please take a photo of the damage and contact us right away at chasby1883@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
